Services account registration (nickname registration)

To register a services account on Cuff-Link's IRC network:

1. Make sure you are in a non-public tab, such as the "Status" or "Network" window.
2. Enter the following, replacing details as required: /msg NICKSERV REGISTER yourpassword [email protected]
   Example, to register "testnick" with email address "[email protected]": /msg NICKSERV REGISTER testnickpassword [email protected]
3. Check your email for the confirmation code. It should arrive within a few minutes. If it doesn't, check the spam folder. If it doesn't arrive or you didn't use a valid email address, join #help or open a ticket using this form.
4. Copy the confirmation command and code into your IRC client and hit [ENTER] (desktop keyboard) or tap [SEND] (most mobile devices)

Do not share your services account password with anyone. Doing so is a Cuff-Link TOS violation.
